  在近日于西安举行的第三届中国石油和化工无泄漏泵技术及应用论坛上，与会专家和石油化工企业对上海罗克联锁科技公司推出的阀门机械远程驱动系统表现出浓厚兴趣。据悉，罗克公司开发的这一阀门机械远程驱动系统已于8月中旬通过专家鉴定，石油化工、矿井等高危领域在安全距离内远程操作阀门将成为现实。 　　据罗克公司总经理郁国忠介绍，阀门机械远程驱动系统由操作机构、柔性驱动软轴和执行机构组成。关键部件为环状的柔性软轴，这种驱动软轴可将扭矩传送至最远50米外的远端阀门上，可灵活简便地绕过障碍物或穿越隔板，扭矩直达指定阀门，实现远程操作，驱动力超过200千克。 　　通过技术攻关，罗克公司解决了整个软轴（包括对接部位）螺距一致性和适应不少于150千克抗拉能力的难题。同时采用特制的减摩结构和防腐材料，确保软轴能承受阀门启闭需要的扭矩以及在恶劣环境下使用，由原来的人为控制转变为由安全系统保护刚性控制，杜绝了现场人为操作带来的安全隐患，适用于操作人员不易靠近的危险区域，比如石油化工、油田、核电、海上平台、矿井、地下供水系统等。除阀门控制外，该系统还可拓展到其它设备安全距离内的机械远程操作。
