世界首台高压直流换流阀研制成功

           日前,国家电网公司电力系统电力电子实验室内,随着试验员汇报“试验数据正常,试验圆满完成”,高悬空中的世界首个±800千伏4750安特高压直流换流阀,在十余名专家的见证下再次通过了关键的型式试验——多重阀操作冲击试验。 该设备由中国电力科学研究院自主研发,柱塞阀并于6月26日通过全部型式试验项目,相关关键试验项目邀请国际权威试验机构KEMA(荷兰电力试验所)依据IEC60700-1标准进行现场见证,标志着设备的研发过程圆满完成。 直流输电技术是世界公认的解决长距离、大容量输电和电网互联问题的最有效技术手段,其核心装备直流换流阀的研发制造,是目前复杂程度最高的电力装备技术之一。此前,仅瑞士ABB、德国西门子拥有该技术。2004年,旋塞阀依托国家“十一五”科技支撑计划及国家电网公司重点科技攻关项目等在内的9个重大科研项目,

           中国电科院开始基于6英寸晶闸管特高压直流换流阀的自主研发,取得多项重大突破。其中,基于6英寸晶闸管的特高压换流阀成套电气特性研究、特高压换流阀多物理场数值分析,呼吸阀均属国内首次系统攻克。目前,中国电科院已申报国际专利6项、国家专利200项。 ±800千伏4750安特高压直流换流阀关键试验,已通过世界权威电力试验认证机构的认证。中国电科院对核心技术与工艺拥有完全自主知识产权,实现了真正意义上的直流换流阀设备国产化。 目前,中国电科院拥有世界一流的特高压直流换流阀型式试验能力和直流换流阀生产线,年产能可同时满足两条特高压工程的建设需要。平衡阀预计该直流换流阀全面投入市场后,

          将使我国新建特高压直流输电线路输送电压、输送功率分别达到800千伏和760万千瓦,较目前±500千伏线路输送能力提高150%以上,造价降低25%,未来10年内可整体降低我国直流输电建设、运行和维护费用超过百亿元,形成出口后,将彻底改变疏水阀全球直流输电设备市场格局。 据悉,中国电科院将推动特高压直流换流阀的全面产业化,打造以特高压直流换流阀为核心竞争优势的高新科技重大电力装备产业。 中国科学院院士周孝信,中国工程院院士李立浧、杨奇逊、陈予恕、朱英浩、雷清泉、郑健超等当日在现场见证了此次试验。
